The housekeeping service was good, and Ahsan cleaned my room well. I asked for a bed change and he did it. He also cleaned my bath and everything felt fresh. I think he works hard.
Some staff seemed rude and condescending. One day, I asked to heat takeaway food. Staff agreed if I signed a waiver but refused after I waited 30 minutes.

I found the hotel staff respectful and helpful. Transportation was easy using Uber. The location is close to the airport. I noticed the rooms are immaculate.
They charge for a dental kit. This meant I had to request and pay for this basic item. The low price can mean removed basic stuff.

The room included a king bedwith great comfort. I also liked the good sized balcony. It gave us extra space. The hotel provides easy access to Al Khail Road..
The minibar did not cool drinks effectively. This was only a minor inconvenience during an otherwise superb stay.

I found the hotel location convenient. It was about 15 minutes walking to the metro station. Taxis to the old area were approximately 20 minutes, while Burj Khalifa was about 15 minutes by taxi.

The swimming pool had hot water, which I appreciated. I also noticed the cleanliness of the pool area and the attentiveness of the lifeguard. A supermarket is also located within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

The staff was very attentive. I was able to access the gym with exercise equipment. Free water bottles were available from housekeeping, a nice touch. The free shuttle service offered transport to various locations.
The balcony glass was not cleaned for a while. I found that detail a small letdown.

the staff showed attentiveness with smiles always. my room included an excellent bed with good pillows also it felt comfy for my back. i liked the modern style with amenities provided. there was a really good choice for vegetarian people for all 3 meals.
the first room assigned was very small indeed. i requested another room then i was informed it was not ready even i was assured a room was there previously. i feel the check-in process went very slow plus i did not get the impression anyone cared to help me.
